Job Description:

  • Should have experience as Field HR in Restaurant Operation/ Hospitality.
  • Accountable for people results for restaurant(s) assigned. Ensure Company Culture and Values are known, understood and lived by the Team.
  • Responsible for all people functions in the restaurant. Protecting, Nourishing and growing team by implementing HRD and Training SOPs.
  • Support restaurant operation by working on actual situations whenever required but not more than 25% of the total time.
  • HR Diploma OR degree OR Bachelor in Hospitality/ Restaurant Management.
  • Age 23-29 years
