WE ARE LOOKING FOR PURCHASE COORDINATOR, SALES COORDINATOR, AND SENIOR ACCOUNTANT



1) PURCHASE COORDINATOR





GENDER PREFERENCE (IF ANY): FEMALE/MALE


AGE CRITERIA IN YEARS: 22 - 35


PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN YEARS: MIN 4 YEARS


LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY: ENGLISH, HINDI, ARABI


SALARY or COST TO COMPANY: BEST IN INDUSTRY


WORK LOCATION: UAE, SHARJAH


REPORTING TO: FUNCTIONAL HEAD-PURCHASE


KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Working knowledge of International trade and shipment.
  • Issue of the Purchase contract.
  • Sending shipping details & requirements and collection of sales contracts.
  • Shipment follow-ups and preparation of LC (Letter of Credit) if applicable.
  • Collection of draft documents and get it confirmed for final documents.
  • Payment and collection of shipping docs & BL (Bill of Lading) timely.
  • Knowledge of LC (Letter of Credit), UCP 600 (Uniform Customs & Practice for Documentary

Credits), INCOTERMS 2010(International Chamber of Commerce), International payment terms.

  • Coordination with hedging desk & Finance team for price fixation and related accounting entries.
  • Coordination with customer for price fixation & account settlements.
  • Create a basic customer profile for Traders to establish contact and explore business opportunities.
  • To make sure that all the customer queries from the customer are assured timely basis.
  • Understand and apply sound risk management practices to provide customers with a variety of pricing options, while mitigating the associated terminal market and premium exposure, in

consultation with the Sales team.


EDUCATION QUALIFICATION:


B.Com or Bachelor degree / Diploma in International trade or related degree preferred but not

required.


Candidates from shipping industry will be desired


SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENT:


  • Proficiency in SAP, MS Excel and MS Word
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

SALARY 3000 AED TO 3500 AED

2) SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

AGE CRITERIA IN YEARS: 25 to 35


PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN YEARS: 5 to 8 years


LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY: ENGLISH, HINDI


COST TO COMPANYBEST IN INDUSTRY


WORK LOCATION: UAE, SHARJAH


REPORTING TO: MANAGER ACCOUNTS & FINANCE


**PREFERRED IMMEDIATE JOINERS


KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • To be based in UAE male or female
  • Experience in Tally ERP/SAP/Oracle/any other ERP Software
  • Experience in Purchase Invoice/Goods Receipt Note/Delivery Note/Sales Invoice Accounting
  • Inventory handling.
  • Provisions/Prepaid expenses accounting and Asset Capitalization/Retirement
  • Intercompany transaction accounting.
  • Bank Payment/Receipt accounting and Bank Reconciliation.
  • Reconciliation of Vendor/Customer GL Account.
  • Knowledge of Import and Export accounting and related documentation.
  • Knowledge of the UAE VAT
  • Trade Finance Knowledge LC/DP/TR etc.
  • Month-end Closing and Preparation of P & L and Balance Sheet

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION:


Degree in Commerce / Master Degree in Commerce & finance or related degree preferred.


SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENT:


  • Preferably female with a finance background
  • With 5 8 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work within a team or independently as needed
