Responsibilities

  • Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way;
  • Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices;
  • Provide inspired leadership for the organization;
  • Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing;
  • Works with sales teams to help set and meet daily and monthly goals;
  • Collaborates with other back-office team members to ensure seamless business execution, reinforce positive morale, and uphold company values;
  • Oversees the supervision of personnel, which includes work allocation, training, promotion, enforcement of internal procedures and controls, and problem resolution; evaluates performance and makes recommendations for personnel actions; motivates employees to achieve peak productivity and performance.

Requirements:

  • Degree: BBA / MBA;
  • 8+ years’ experience in a similar position;
  • Experience in management may be advantageous;
  • Knowledge of Companies Chart and Job descriptions;
  • Knowledge of SOP (standard operating procedures);
  • Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing;
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills;
  • Knowledge of data analysis and report writing;
  • The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures;
  • Willing to travel and work overseas in an extremely innovative group of companies’ in South America
