We have vacancy for the post of CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE IN QATAR.

JOB DUTIES\ RESPONSIBILITIES:
The candidate is responsible in building positive and professional relationships with new and existing clients of the Academy, and they do this through addressing all client calls and inquiries for all the academy's course.
The position is equally responsible for managing the new and existing clients by providing quality and timely customer service at all times.
This role is required to maintain proper communication and professional relationship with all internal and external stakeholders of the Academy, business contacts and concerned affiliates
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Organizational skill and ability to meet deadlines
Strong problem-solving skills
3+ years experience
