  • Qualifications for Kitchen Manager
  • 5+ years of experience working in a fine dining restaurant
  • Valid ServSafe certification
  • Responsible for hiring all kitchen staff
  • Conduct training on restaurants procedures and expectations
  • Develop schedule for kitchen staff to ensure coverage and maximize operational efficiencies
  • Coordinate with the General Manager and the Chef on the menu offerings
  • Establish relationships with vendors
  • Place food and supply orders as necessary
  • Ensure the kitchen is cleaned and meets all regulations
  • Ensure the food is prepared to order and in a timely manner
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate with the kitchen staff
  • Superior attention to detail
  • Proficient with budgeting
  • Skilled negotiator
  • Available to work weekends, holidays and frequent late nights
  • Gulf experience preferred
  • Only for Male

Salary Basic QR 6000/- to QR 7000/- + Shared Accommodation +Food and Transportation
