Sales Coordinator


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Well-organized and responsible, multitasking while being committed to excellence

• Good computer skills (MS Office) especially knowledge of Excel formulae (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP etc.)

• Responsible for coordinating with the sales and logistics team to ensure smooth workflow within the team

• Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales managers are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays

• Preparing & Tracking Brand wise Product Listing and Pricing sheets (Formats provided)

• Confirming/Checking new POs for prices, terms etc. Highlight slow moving SKUs and follow up on New PO.

• Allocations to store at the time of delivery. Store wise Assortment & Placement of stocks

• Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness

• Coordinate with Logistics for order delivery and monitor email correspondence with customers • Once deliveries have been completed to all DCs, the retailer buying team should be contacted to confirm the same.

• Organize and monitor Inventory and products for sale should be tracked correctly. By analyzing sell through and available stock, you can generate replenishment ideas.

• Need to manage front line sales promoters/VM's their schedules, communicate relevant information and target tracking. Manage budgets for incentives

• Maintain organized sales records and report month-end goal setting to the senior management team






Senior Accountant





We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to oversee general accounting operations by controlling and verifying our financial transactions. Senior Accountant's responsibilities include reconciling account balances and bank statements, maintaining the general ledger, and preparing month-end closing procedures.

The ideal candidate should have excellent analytical skills with a thorough knowledge of accounting principles to analyze financial reports and forecasts as well as past knowledge of working with SAP ERP System


Job Responsibility :


• Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.

• Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements.

• Maintaining accounts receivable, document bills and supporting documentation

• Maintaining accounts payable, ensure timely payment of invoices, confirming validity of the debt and gathering appropriate signatures

• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports

• Updating financial records via accounting software

• Gathering payroll expenses and input into appropriate entry line

• Preparing quarterly budget under the purview of senior management

• Analyzing financial statements and prepare balance sheets

• Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice.

• Monitoring the legal aspects and compliance for the Company to run its day-to-day operations
