Roles and Responsibilities

  • Implements human resources programs by providing human resources services, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention and labor relations; completing personnel transactions.
  • Ensures team does timely Payroll processing for local and frequent data sharing for expats.
  • Develops human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information; recommending courses of action
  • Complies with state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
  • New PMS implementation across the African countries & training of PMS to the local teams.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
  • Regular Coordination for KPIs finalization.
  • Coordination for Quarterly, Half yearly & yearly reviews with the local teams in Africa.
  • Review for timely submission of KPIs by the respective teams.
  • Policy Implementation across the zone and mapping as per local law
  • Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

Desired Candidate Profile

- Knowledge of written and spoken English is a must.

- Well versed with MS office applications.

- Excellent Knowledge in handling employees.

- Knowledge of industry best practices
