  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Assess training needs to design, implement and monitor training and development programs
  • Report to Management
  • Ability to architect hierarchy, gradation strategy and implementation along with leadership skills, structure salary according to the positions.
  • Understand the employer's KAP (Knowledge ability & Priority) gap and provide them training accordingly
