Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manpower planning & recruitment selection and Placement; Creating a recruitment plan and calendar according to business objective.
  • Developing job descriptions and person specifications, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates.
  • On boarding Management; Creating onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures and regulations and, documentation for new hires.
  • Database/Documentation Management and Reporting; Maintaining physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and attendance records
  • Employee Capability development; Design and implementation of processes job analysis, confirmation process, appraisal procedure, promotion processes, succession plan, leave planning and exit management.
  • Performance Management; Evaluating employee performance and appraising their pay scale accordingly
  • Need Analysis, Training and Development; Design and implement staff training and development strategies to meet business objective.
  • Payroll Management; payroll coordination to ensure all
  • attendance, loan and deductions is adequately captured and ensure smooth process of payroll distribution.
  • Compensation and Benefit; Ensure all statuary deduction are adequately captured, calculated, deducted and remitted to the appropriate bodies.
  • Handle Pension and HMO related issues and complains.
  • HR compliance; Creating, updating and applying all HR policies and company guidelines and making sure they adhere to standards and laws initiated by authorities.
  • Management of Outsourced Staff/Companies and Expatriates.
  • Employee Welfare & Engagement; Creating employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval and initiating activities.
  • Employee Disciplinary; Taking appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations and addressing employee grievances.
  • Follow up on HOD/Team lead on E.D instruction
  • And any other task that might be assign from time to time
